About Us
Who We Are?
MoJaLu is named after its founders: sisters Monique (Mo) and Jackie (Ja), and Monique’s son Luca (Lu). Monique is a fantastic problem solver, having worked as an airline pilot and is well-versed in planning and hosting parties for Luca. Jackie has experience as a high-risk manager for large clients over her 19 years in corporate, and together they lead the organisation and planning. Luca has been a professional child for 5 years, and serves as a constant inspiration for creative executions, as well as quality control.
What We Can Do?
At MoJaLu, we are party planning and function organising extraordinaires. After starting with kids parties, a run of success has lead to the expansion into adult and corporate events. We handle everything that needs to be done to make your dream happen; from making bookings, décor, and entertainment, to hiring equipment, finding a caterer, setting up, and same-day take downs.

We will achieve this vision with all the experience and resources at our disposal. We have excellent administration skills, an amazing, driven staff, and healthy working relationships across Gauteng.
By planning and executing successful events, we have realised that all good parties start with a great idea, and need to be followed through with excellent planning. We aim to work with our clients from the spark of imagination to lighting the candle on the cake. We’re available to assist in planning the party, or to take over completely and allow the customer to enjoy their special day, without worry.
